Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders placed on this website are fulfilled through a third-party supplier. Due to the nature of dropshipping, the following return and refund conditions apply.

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
- The item was not delivered

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Reporting an Issue:
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photo or video evidence is required for all claims.

Return Process:
Once your claim is approved, further instructions will be provided by email. In most cases, a physical return is not required. Do not return items without prior authorization.

Refunds:
If your claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued based on the specific case. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, all related costs are covered.
- For non-eligible return requests, refunds will not be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Personal hygiene or intimate items
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
- Orders with incomplete or insufficient evidence

Lost or Delayed Orders:
If an order is significantly delayed or confirmed lost, a refund or replacement will be issued after verification with the supplier and carrier.
